Jaspreet graduated with high honors from the University of San Francisco, where he earned his BA in Psychology. Afterwards, Jaspreet attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. At Pepperdine Law, Jaspreet obtained the highest marks in courses such as Immigration Law, Media and the Law, Mediation, and Constitutional Law. Jaspreet is admitted to The State Bar of California and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
During the course of his legal studies, Jaspreet gained valuable experience in civil litigation and Immigration Law. Jaspreet assisted in lawsuits relating to employment discrimination, personal injury, tobacco litigation, class actions, and medical malpractice. In regards to immigration, Jaspreet gained experience in regards to removal proceedings, asylum, family petitions, and employment-based immigration.

Katherine Vernon Ryan (Kate) is a partner at the Law Offices of James H. Vernon in San Ramon, California. She practices real estate (both transactions and litigation), estate planning, and family law. She is a member of the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association (EACBA) and is a California licensed real estate broker. Kate earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University in 1997 and her B.A., cum laude, in 1994 from U.C. Berkeley. She is admitted to the bars of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
Jason is a young attorney who has already accumulated a vast array of experience under his belt. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
As a Pepperdine Law student, Jason was also to represent Pepperdine School of Law at the CACJ National Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition in San Francisco. He also had the opportunity to work with and learn from the Attorney General of Texas Medicaid Fraud Unit, a team that was responsible for the recovery of over $1.4 billion in fraudulent Medicaid disbursements. He also worked for a bankruptcy firm, as well as the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted several felony preliminary hearings.
As an attorney, Jason has worked with two different law firms handling issues related to business, real estate, and consumer law matters. Jason has represented his clients at ten trials, securing a favorable verdict or settlement in all but one trial. He is also a frequent volunteer with Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Jason focuses his practice on helping his clients with their estate planning, bankruptcy, consumer/commercial debt matters.
Jason is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas.
